Wynand obtained the degree BA LLB at the University of Stellenbosch and during 1999 also obtained a post-graduate certificate from the University of South Africa (CertDep Unisa) after successfully completing a course in Deceased Estates Practise.
He joined Cluver Markotter Inc. in 1991, after having been admitted as attorney and conveyancer in July of the same year, and became a director in December 2001.
He focuses on Estate Planning, Drawing of Wills, Administration of Deceased Estates and Administration of Trusts and Curatorships as well as various tax related matters.
Wynand is married to Christa and has two children, Charlise and Michael. He is a keen swimmer and also enjoys hiking and cycling.
